The type of "dull ache" or "sharp pain" that gets you so frustrated because you have to stop what you're doing. You may feel as if your only option is to take painkillers, get another injection or stop doing all the things you enjoy in life (maybe that's what your doctor told you was your only option...)

Let's be honest...it's not fun to have trouble getting out of bed or to have pain whenever you bend over to get something off the floor. Or maybe you're having trouble running around with your kids or grandkids. Either way, it ruins your day.

I work with people with back pain on a regular basis. What I can tell you is that painkillers are not good for your stomach, and the long periods of rest you've been told about are not likely to help. Why? Because they don't solve the MAIN PROBLEM.  Painkillers and rest are "bandaids" that temporarily relieve pain. What happens when you stop doing them? The pain returns...

Since I continue to see people frustrated by chronic back pain, I have written this report that gives you tips and tricks for easing back pain naturally. This is available to you...for free!
